POSSIBLE DELAYS - We are anticipating that these items will not arrive until late December 2021 with the ongoing freight issues overseas. There may be a possibility that it DOES NOT arrive before the Holidays. Many incoming items have been delayed with multiple vendors, so we want you to be aware of the possibility these will be delayed as well. We will have stock set aside for both preorders and in stock sales for those that prefer to purchase at a later time.
PAYMENT PLANS - We are currently only accepting credit cards, however, since the items from this catalog are not expected until more than 2 months from now, we are happy to offer customized installment payment plans for those that would like to budget over time. Please include whether WEEKLY or BIWEEKLY works best for you in your request. If you need it to be due on a specific day of the week, please include that in your request as well. Our customer service team will try our best to accommodate.
COURTESY HOLD - Please keep in mind that submitting a request does NOT guarantee you the item as others may have requested before you. However, once an invoice has been issued, the item will be on a courtesy hold for you for 24 hours before canceling out. If you have not received anything within 24 hours of requesting, please reach back out to us. Sometimes emails are filtered out depending on your provider.
